PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutralization apparatus in which even when a bottom part of a housing chamber of a neutralizer is blocked, an acidic water can be stably discharged as a treatment water.SOLUTION: A neutralization apparatus 10 that includes a housing chamber 12 in which a granular neutralizer 11 is housed, and in which an acidic water 14 inflowing from an inlet 13 is neutralized by the neutralizer 11, discharged to an outside as a treatment water through a permeable structure A disposed to a bottom part of the housing chamber 12, is that a permeable structural B is disposed to a side wall of the housing chamber 12 to secure a flow channel of the treatment water, and a treatment water guide part 36 that guides the treatment water drained from the housing chamber 12 to an outside through the permeable structural B is disposed. |
