<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent planar body and a transparent touch panel capable of improving visibility.SOLUTION: Transparent planar bodies 1 and 2 have patterned transparent conductive film layers 12 and 22 on at least one surface side of transparent substrate 11 and 21, respectively, and include layers of first thin film layers 13 and 23, second thin film layers 14 and 24 and hard coat layers 15 and 25 between the transparent substrates and the transparent conductive film layers in the above order from the transparent conductive film layer side. The transparent conductive film layers, the first thin film layers, the second thin film layers and the hard coat layers each have a specified film thickness and an optical refractive index. As for difference in reflectance of irradiated light between a patterned region and a non-patterned region, an absolute value of difference between the following first reflectance average and second reflectance average is specified to 0.7 or less: the first reflectance average is an average of reflectance differences in a wavelength range from 380 to 400 nm; and the second reflectance average is an average of reflectance differences in a wavelength range from 500 to 800 nm.</p> |
