PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidance apparatus capable of providing an appropriate evacuation guidance to people using tsunami information.SOLUTION: A guidance apparatus of the present invention comprises: a storage unit storing therein information on installation locations of installed buildings; a first receiving unit 19 receiving a signal related to occurrence of tsunami; an utterance unit 8 capable of uttering a first utterance pattern indicating evacuation to outside of buildings and a second utterance pattern indicating waiting in the buildings; and a control unit 121 controlling the utterance unit 8 to utter the first utterance pattern if it is determined that the buildings may be attacked by tsunami on the basis of the information on the installation locations, and controlling the utterance unit 8 to utter the second utterance pattern if it is determined that the buildings may not be attacked by tsunami when the first receiving unit 19 receive the signal related to occurrence of tsunami.
