<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel, an electronic apparatus and a method for manufacturing a pixel substrate, in which thickness of a device or man-hour in manufacturing can be reduced and performances can be further enhanced.SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel includes a pixel substrate 50, a counter substrate 52 disposed opposing to the pixel substrate 50, and a liquid crystal layer 54 disposed between the pixel substrate 50 and the counter substrate 52. The pixel substrate 50 includes: a substrate 60; a wiring layer directly laminated on the substrate 60 or laminated via an insulating layer, in which a first conductor including a wiring line as one of a scanning line and a signal line is formed; and a pixel electrode layer laminated on the wiring layer, in which a second conductor including a pixel electrode is formed. In the pixel electrode layer, the second conductor is formed in the whole area overlapping the wiring line and in an area where the pixel electrode is to be formed.</p> |
