<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize variations in contact pressure of a sliding contact.SOLUTION: A contact plate 20 configuring a contact unit 1 is formed as a leaf spring which is flat from a base end portion 23 to a tip end portion 21a, attached while tilting by a predetermined angleθrelative to a vertical surface S in a free state, and bent in a curved shape to the side opposite to the tilting side when a sliding contact 30 contacts with a slid surface to press-contact the sliding contact 30 against the slide surface. A base portion 23 of the contact plate is made to abut on a tilting supporting surface 11, and the base portion 23 is pressed in a press-in space 15 formed of a plurality of ribs 12 and 13, thereby positioning the contact plate. The contact plate is fixed to a contact holder 10 by welding of a welding pin 14 engaged with a notch portion 28.</p> |
