A system for preventing oil spread on the sea is disclosed. The system for preventing oil spread comprises: a unit fence module installed on one side of a ship to spray a unit fence accommodated therein toward the outside with pressure in accordance with a first pressure value; and an absorbent material spray module installed on one side of the ship to spray a unit absorbent material accommodated therein toward the outside with pressure in accordance with a second pressure value.
