PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control device or the like capable of estimating, in advance, environment temperature after triggering, before a mounting module is triggered.SOLUTION: A card control part of a line card, equipped with a plurality of cages having a mounting port to which a module is detachably mounted, includes a detection part for detecting mounting of a module on the mounting port. The card control part includes a collecting part which, upon detecting mounting of the module, collects environment temperature near the mounting port to which the module is mounted, amount of power consumption of the module and specified temperature, and thermal resistance information of the cage where the module is mounted. The card control part includes an estimation part which, based on the collected environment temperature, amount of power consumption, specified temperature, and thermal resistance information, estimates environment temperature after the module is triggered, before the module of which mounting has been detected is triggered. |
