PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow automatic measurement over a long period to be performed by reducing influences by at least either the ambient environment or an active state of a person to be measured.SOLUTION: On the basis of triaxial acceleration data to be measured by an acceleration measuring part 21, an active state of a person to be measured is estimated to determine whether the state is a moving state or a body resting condition; by substituting measurement data of body temperature measured by a body temperature measurement part 22 while in a body resting condition in a correction operation formula (formula (1)) together with measurement data of the outside air temperature simultaneously measured by an air measuring part 23 and corrected values &Dgr;T, &Dgr;Tout initially sets in advance, the measurement data of the body temperature is corrected, and the corrected body temperature measurement data is stored. When a change amount among sampling of the corrected body temperature measurement data is over threshold, change is made so as to raise a sampling rate for fetching the measurement data of body temperature under the control of a sampling rate control unit 16.
