PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit which easily fixes two light source modules.SOLUTION: A light source unit includes: a heat sink 40 having a light source arrangement part 41; a first light source module 10 and a second light source module 20 which are arranged in the light source arrangement part 41 so as to sandwich the light source arrangement part 41; and a sandwich member (a pressing spring 60) which sandwiches the first light source module 10 and the second light source module 20 with the light source arrangement part 41.
