<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bypass valve 17 for intake bypass during stop of an electric supercharger 2 have the function of an intake throttle valve for securing an exhaust gas recirculation rate to simplify the construction.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas turbine 4 of a turbocharger 3 is situated in an exhaust passage 6 of an internal combustion engine 1, and a compressor 5 is situated in an intake passage 11. An electric supercharger 2 is provided on a compressor 5 upstream side of the intake passage 11, and for not giving air flow resistance during non-operation, a bypass passage 16 and a bypass valve 17 are annexed. A tip 21a of an exhaust recirculation passage 21 equipped with an exhaust recirculation control valve 22 is connected to the bypass valve 17 downstream side of the bypass passage 16. In a state that the electric supercharger 2 is stopped, an exhaust gas recirculation rate is increased by limiting the opening of the bypass valve 17 during exhaust gas recirculation.</p> |
