<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of executing guidance output in a car according to a user properly.SOLUTION: An elevator device includes: a personal authentication device 9 arranged inside an elevator car 3; a user data table 14 storing personal data corresponding to key data detected by the personal authentication device 9; a change determination unit 16 for extracting an output change signal for increasing related personal data 28 when it exists in an in-car output device arranged inside the elevator car 3, out of the personal data corresponding to the key data detected by the personal authentication device 9; and an output change unit 22 for switching the output from the in-car output device from standard data 20 to special data 21 and using it when a car terminal device 4 receives the output change signal.</p> |
