<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high definition and prevention of color mixture of an organic electroluminescent display device.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescent display device has a substrate, an insulating film formed on the substrate, a plurality of anodes formed on the insulating film for respective pixels, a pixel separation film covering at least the outer periphery of the plurality of anodes along the pixel boundary, and an organic layer having a luminous layer formed over the plurality of anodes and the pixel separation film.
