<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic which hardly gives discomfort taste, a tingling feeling, a sticky feeling or a tense feeling, hardly provides shininess to skin, and is excellent in dullness improvement effect.SOLUTION: A skin cosmetic comprises (A) 15 to 35 pts.mass of ocean deep water and (B) 65 to 85 pts.mass of fresh water having hardness of 100 mg/L or less. The skin cosmetic also comprises (C) 0.01 to 0.5 pt.mass of polybasic amino acid and (D) 0.001 to 0.1 pt.mass of a grapefruit seed extract as a dry residue, with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of (A) the ocean deep water and (B) the fresh water. The skin cosmetic has an osmotic pressure of 200 to 350 mOsm and pH of 6.5 to 9.5.</p> |
