PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device having an optical resonance structure that can accurately extract light with a resonance wavelength for each pixel, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same, and to provide electronic equipment having the electrooptical device.SOLUTION: An organic EL device 100 as an electrooptical device has light-emitting pixels 20B and 20G formed on a base material 10s of an element substrate 10. Each of the light-emitting pixels 20B and 20G includes: a power line 14 that serves as a reflection layer with light reflectivity; an insulating layer 28; a function layer 32 including a light-emitting layer; and a counter electrode 33 having light reflectivity and light transmissivity. The insulating layer 28 includes a first insulating layer 25, a second insulating layer 26, and a third insulating layer 27. The second insulating layer 26 is provided with a first opening 26a. A pixel electrode 31B of the light-emitting pixel 20B is provided on the first insulating layer 25 at the first opening 26a. The third insulating layer 27 is provided with a second opening 27a including the first opening 26a. A pixel electrode 31G of the light-emitting pixel 20G is provided on the second insulating layer 26 at the second opening 27a. |
