PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ascent/descent step of a construction machine capable of preventing damage by collision with an obstacle, and capable of suppressing vibration of a handrail 26.SOLUTION: An ascent/descent step 24 is journaled to a revolving frame 12 to be rotatable between an ascent/descent attitude horizontally projecting from an outer end of the revolving frame 12 and a storage attitude standing vertically along the outer end of the revolving frame 12, and to be movable in a horizontal direction along the outer end of the revolving frame 12. The ascent/descent step 24 includes a holding member 36 for keeping the storage attitude and supporting the handrail 26 when the ascent/descent step 24 is moved to one side in the horizontal direction along the outer end of the revolving frame 12 in the storage attitude. |
