<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable instruction device capable of accurately messaging instruction contents of a traffic guard to a passerby or a passing vehicle regardless of the day and night.SOLUTION: When guiding a passerby or a passing vehicle, in the portable instruction device, an LED of a display part with a circle mark is lighted on and flickered in the case where passage is allowed, and an LED of a display part with a cross mark is lighted on and flickered in the case where passage is not allowed. Therefore, traffic guide is performed in accordance with a difference of a display shape for distinction between allowed passage and non-allowed passage. At the same time, the portable instruction device transfers vibration with a different sound or a different pattern to a traffic guard himself/herself by a sound generator or a vibration element provided in a grip part cooperatively with switching of display, thereby taking measures to eliminate the wrong instruction of the traffic guard.</p> |
