<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently enhance convenience of a user accompanied by increasing an installation location of an automatic machine.SOLUTION: When receiving a transaction telegram from an ATM 1 (s31), a host device 2 is configured to: specify a group to which the ATM 1 transmitting the transaction telegram belongs (s32); determine whether or not the group is crowded with a user (s33); when it is determined that the group is crowded with the user, estimate an action range of the user (s35); select a group positioned within the estimated action range of the user and not crowded with the user as a group to be guided to the user (s36); and notify an automatic machine of the selected group.</p> |
