PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device that allows a user to simply check the degree of utilization of a non-contact IC card.SOLUTION: An information signal detection unit detects an information signal on the basis of an electromagnetic wave emitted by a radio communication device. A utilization degree determination unit determines the degree of utilization on the basis of the information signal detected by the information signal detection unit. A notification control unit controls the operation of a notification unit comprised in its own device on the basis of the degree of utilization determined by the utilization degree determination unit.
