PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device having improved exhaust gas purifying efficiency while suppressing an increase in the pressure loss of exhaust gas.SOLUTION: A dispersion member 20 includes a cylindrical body 21, and eight plate-like blades 22 each having an approximately rectangular shape, and provided at one end in the axial direction of the body 21. Each blade 22 is manufactured by means of powder metallurgy for molding and sintering metallic powder, and formed into a porous powder alloy where a number of pores are present. On the surface of and inside the blade 22 (on the inner surfaces of the pores), a hydrolysis catalyst is supported. |
