PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal member difficult to fixedly attach to a sealed member, excellent in slidability, and low in cost.SOLUTION: A seal member 100 according to the present invention is a seal member interposed between a plurality of sealed members 200 and 210 and hermetically sealing a gap between the sealed members 200 and 210. The seal member 100 comprises a mixture containing not less than 80 wt% of thermoplastic elastomer and thermoplastic resin relative to entirety, the thermoplastic elastomer is contained at a rate of not less than 30 wt% and not more than 90 wt%, and a rate of an area by which the thermoplastic elastomer is exposed on a surface in contact with at least one of the plurality of sealed members 200 and 210 is not more than 30%.
