<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating condition inspecting method capable of determining a primer coating condition without damaging an appearance of an architectural structure and a sealant applying method making use of the coating condition inspecting method.SOLUTION: According to this coating condition inspecting method, when a coating condition of a primer applied on a foundation 10 with conductivity is inspected, an insulating primer layer 12 is formed on the foundation 10 by using an insulating primer, then a current value or a resistance value is measured while a probe 18 of an overcurrent-type measuring device 16 is moved on a surface of the insulating primer layer 12, and a coating condition of the primer is determined depending on a change of the measured current value or resistance value.</p> |
