摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a touch pen for preventing a virtual touch error in infrared ray touch screen apparatus. The touch pen for preventing the virtual touch error in the infrared ray touch screen apparatus according to the present invention is a touch pen used in a infrared ray touch screen apparatus employing a light emitting device and a light receiving device. The touch pen includes a body formed on a non-transmissive material so that light emitted from the light emitting device is transmitted and received in the light receiving device and an anti-virtual touch protruding from one end of the body so that the light emitted from the light emitting device passes or is transmitted. After the infrared ray irradiated from the light emitting device passes or is transmitted in a virtual touch region in which a touch is not made in the touch screen device, the infrared ray is received in the light receiving device, so that the touch is not recognized. Only when the anti-virtual touch tip contacts with the touch screen device, the infrared ray emitted from the light emitting device is not transmitted by a portion of the body so that the touch is recognized. According to the present invention, when the touch pen for preventing the virtual touch error in infrared rays touch screen apparatus is used, only a real touch can be sensed, so that the touch existence and a touch position can be exactly determined. In addition, since only the real touch is sensed, swoops can be prevented when a character is written on the infrared ray touch screen device using the touch pen. Accordingly, characters can be naturally and exactly written.</p>
