The present invention relates to a system for automating a construction structure plan and a method of automating a construction structure plan by using the same, which can automatically convert a structural calculation document in a spreadsheet form into a construction structure plan such as a CAD, etc. The system for automating a construction structure plan of the present invention includes: a plurality of preparer terminals to convert a structural calculation document, which is standardized for each structural member in a spreadsheet form by a structural engineer, into a construction structure plan; a main server to manage the structural calculation document and the construction structure plan, which are generated by the preparer terminals; and at least one reviewer terminal to review and approve the construction structure plan prepared through the main server.
