PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a disk device accessible while return of an arithmetic processing device.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: an information processing apparatus that includes a plurality of arithmetic processing devices, a plurality of disk devices, and a switching device connecting any one of the arithmetic processing devices to any one of the disk devices; and a management apparatus providing a first arithmetic resource and a first storage resource of a first processing apparatus that connects a first arithmetic processing device among the arithmetic processing devices to a first disk device among the disk devices via the switching device to a terminal device via a network in response to a lending request, a second arithmetic resource and the first storage resource of a second processing apparatus disconnecting the first arithmetic processing device from the first disk device and connecting a second arithmetic processing device among the plurality of arithmetic processing devices to the first disk device via the switching device to the terminal device via the network in response to a return request. |
