PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PPARγ expression improving agent, by which basal metabolism is improved, an effect of fatigue recovery can be obtained, health promotion, slimming, muscle strength, and QOL, and the like are improved due to the improvement of the basal metabolism, and further, continuous exercise becomes possible by the effect of fatigue recovery, and consequently the health promotion, slimming, and muscle strength are improved, and to provide a basal metabolism improving agent, a fatigue recovery improving agent, a pharmaceutical composition, and food and drink products comprising the PPARγ expression improving agent.SOLUTION: Provided are a PPARγ expression improving agent comprising at least one sugar compound selected from a group consisting of agarobiose, agarotetraose, agarohexaose and agarooctaose as an active ingredient, and a basal metabolism improving agent, a fatigue recovery improving agent, a pharmaceutical composition, and food and drink products comprising the PPARγ expression improving agent. |
