PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce standby power consumption of an X-ray CT apparatus.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus includes a monitoring part and a power control part. The monitoring part monitors usage states of a gantry device which collects detection data of X-rays emitted from an X-ray tube and detected by a detector, a bed device which moves a subject to an imaging port of the gantry device and a console device which reconstructs the X-ray CT image data using the X-ray detection data collected by the gantry device. The power control part shifts the state of the console device into a resting state where power consumption thereof is reduced, while operation performed by the console device in the usage state is possible. |
