PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer capable of using a reset terminal for another use after determining an operation mode.SOLUTION: A function selection part 5 is configured such that whether a signal to be input from a reset terminal is output as a reset signal or as an instruction to an internal circuit 2 is selectable. A mode determination timing control part 4 is configured to, when the reset signal to be applied to the reset terminal is inactivated, and then a POR(Power-On Reset) signal is released, latch a data value to be applied to an operation mode selection terminal, and to output a timing signal for determining the operation mode to be selected by the data value. A mode decoder 6 is configured to, when the selected operation mode indicates a specific test mode, activates a function selection signal, and to allow the function selection part 5 to output the instruction signal. |
