PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall prevention device for returning to an original position again, after finishing getting-off and getting-on of the whole passenger, by safely removing a fall prevention long plate having the length of exceeding the train total length at a stretch.SOLUTION: A fall prevention long plate 2 is installed on a tip 1 of a platform by connecting a large number up to exceeding the total length of a vehicle, and a square column 7 is installed on this long plate 2, and a pulley 17 connected to a laterally pulling gear 15 is arranged in a long plate lifting device 9, and the square column 7 of the long plate 2 is lifted and lowered by rotation of the laterally pulling gear 15 by a steel belt 18 wound around the pulley, and this laterally pulling gear is rotated by the traverse movement of a pull rod 28 with a meshed rack tooth. The pull rod with the rack tooth is connected in a large number as one long pull rod, and this is moved in the lateral direction by being electrically driven or by a hydraulic tension machine, and the fall prevention long plate 2 is lifted and lowered thereby. |
