<p>An organic light emitting diode display according to the present invention includes a first electrode, a hole band layer formed on the first electrode, a red organic light emitting layer formed on the hole band layer, a green organic light emitting layer and a blue organic light emitting layer, a red sub layer located between the hole band layer and the red organic light emitting layer and between the hole band layer and the green organic light emitting layer, an electron band layer formed on a green sub slayer, the red organic light emitting layer, the green organic light emitting layer and the blue organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode. At least one among the red sub layer and the green sub layer includes an electric charge velocity control layer. The T1 level of the electric charge velocity control layer is relatively higher than the T1 level of the organic light emitting layer.</p> |
