The present invention relates to a pigsty system for protecting baby pigs. The pigsty comprises: a main pigsty which includes four walls to protect the baby pigs; overlaying protection bars formed along the walls to protect the baby pigs; a baby pig chamber which is arranged on one side of the main pigsty and communicates with the main pigsty to provide a pathway through which the baby pigs pass; a warming lamp arranged on a upper side of the baby pig chamber; and an auxiliary cover which can selectively cover the top of the baby pig chamber.
