摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a nano-energetic material composite having properties of explosions in the air and water via optical ignition, and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the nano-energetic material composite having properties of explosions in the air and water enables stable optical ignition by synthesizing sea urchin-like carbon nanotubes and applying the synthesized nanotubes to the base of nano-energetic materials (nEMs). The nano-energetic material composite having properties of explosions in air and water has a powder form of sea urchin-like carbon nanotubes (SUCNTs)/nano-energetic materials (nEMs) composite manufactured by adding sea urchin-like carbon nanotubes grown radially, which have dual metal composite nanoparticles of nickel and aluminum as a core and radial multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) to a mixture of aluminum (Al) nanoparticles and copper oxide (CuO) nanoparticles.</p>
