METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PREDICTING STATES OF FACILITIES REGARDING CLIMATE ENVIRONMENT CHANGES BASED ON DEGRADATION MODEL

A method, for predicting states of facilities considering a change of a climatic environment based on a degradation model, includes a step of providing multiple standard degradation models and transition probability matrices according to the suitability of a climatic condition of multiple measures affecting the deterioration of the facilities, a step of providing a climatic condition scenario formed by granting one of multiple climatic conditions by suitability every use year during a use period, and a step of predicting a state grade for each use year by using the Markov chain technique based on a state grade predicted in the previous use year, the scenario of the climatic condition and the transition probability matrices, and the standard degradation models.
