PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device improved in radiation performance.SOLUTION: A lamp device 11 includes: a housing 20; a light-emitting module 23; a lighting device 25 and a radiator 21. The housing 20 is cylindrical and includes: an opening part 29 at its one end side; a closing part 30 at the other end side; and an insertion part 32 formed at the center part of the closing part 30. The light-emitting module 23 is arranged in the housing 20 so as to emit light from the opening part 29. The lighting device 25 includes a circuit board 70 arranged inside the housing 20 and at a side of the closing part 30 nearer than the light-emitting module 23 and arranged around the insertion part 32. The radiator 21 includes: a support part 37 passing through the insertion part 32; a light-emitting module connection part 38 which is mounted at one end side of the support part 37 and to which the light-emitting module 23 is connected so as to be capable of conducting heat; and an external radiator 39 mounted at the other end side of the support part 37. The area of the light-emitting module connection part 38 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the support part 37, and the support part 37, the light-emitting module connection part 38 and the exterior radiator 39 are integrally formed.
