PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device and an image display system, capable of displaying an excellent image.SOLUTION: An image projection part 11 projects the image light of an image. The image based on the image light projected from the image projection part 11 is displayed on a screen 12 and the screen 12 includes a first projection surface 16 having a plane shape and a second projection surface 17 having a curved surface shape. An optical system 13 is arranged between the image projection part 11 and the screen 12 and includes a first region through which the image light of the image displayed on the first projection surface 16 passes and a second region through which the image light of the image displayed on the second projection surface 17 passes. An optical system position adjustment part 14 adjusts the position of the optical system.
