<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for implementing an ultrasonic measurement apparatus capable of reducing the frequency or repetitions of corrections when measuring a blood vessel diameter.SOLUTION: A reference dataset 551a containing a diastolic b mode image (reference image 553) obtained in the course of correction to derive a biological information calculation function 560 and a diastolic blood vessel diameter Dd (reference diameter 552) is created and saved in a blood vessel diameter estimation database 550. Similarly, a systolic reference dataset 551b is created. In measurement, a combination in which the measurement data for one heart beat in cardiac cycle and a reference image 553 in each reference dataset 551 are most similar to each other is extracted. Then the reference diameter 552 in the most similar reference dataset 551 is set as the blood vessel diameter in the most similar measurement data to calculate the blood vessel diameter.</p> |
