<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of eliminating oil mist and a fall prevention technique of a frying basket in the power failure, by paying attention to the fact that the oil mist generated from an oil tank is deposited on a sliding part of an exposing type automatic lifting/lowering device of fried food and solidified, and the sliding part may not function.SOLUTION: A method is characterized by: sealing components of an automatic lifting/lowering device of fried food; using a precision ball screw 24 in a sliding part of a lifting/lowering mechanism; mounting it in the vertical direction; and thereby eliminating the trouble due to the deposit of the oil mist. The precision ball screw is vertically mounted, and thereby the frying basket can be fixed at any position and the accident caused by the fall of the frying basket in the power failure is prevented. An oil tank is integrated in the device, so that overlapping functions and components are eliminated to avoid waste. The fryer is made to include these.</p> |
