PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tire molding method that allows even rubber strips (strip-shaped rubber members for a tire) with low viscosity and low fuel consumption compound to be molded into a green tire while stably securing sufficient viscosity.SOLUTION: In the green tire molding method, strip-shaped rubber members for a tire pushed out from a pusher on a carrying conveyer is carried to a wound object and then wound in a spiral shape, where the carrying conveyer having a surface roughness of 0.7-2.5 is used and the surface roughness of the rubber members for a tire is reduced by carrying the rubber members for a tire while being adhered to the carrying conveyer, thereby improving viscosity of the rubber members for a tire. Further in the green tire molding method, the rubber members for a tire pushed out from the pusher is adhered to the carrying conveyer under the conditions where the superficial temperature of the members is equal to 60°C or higher and then the surface state of the carrying conveyer is transcribed by pressing the rubber members for a tire against the carrying conveyer using a pressing roller. |
