PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily replace with a new fitting without adding remarkable restriction.SOLUTION: A vertical frame member 111c is divided into an upper part and a lower part by cutting a lower part of an existing vertical frame member 111c, and an upper frame member 111a and the vertical frame member 111c are removed from a skeleton B by releasing a fixed state with the skeleton B. A part of extending to an outdoor side aspect surface from an upper surface of a lower frame member 111b left in the skeleton B, is covered with a lower throating member 50, and a lower throating packing material 38 is also provided between the lower throating member 50 and the aspect surface of the lower frame member 111b. A support bracket 51 is installed on the skeleton B in a state of covering an upper surface of the lower frame member 111b from an upper surface of the lower throating member 50, and a bracket packing material 53 is provided between an under surface of the support bracket 51 and the upper surface of the lower throating member 50, and the lower frame member 11b of a new opening frame 10 is installed on the support bracket 51 in a state of providing a lower frame packing material 52 between the support bracket 51 and itself. |
