PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility apparatus that is capable of being used in connection with a facility apparatus management system and operated as intended by an operator by remote control.SOLUTION: A bath room heating/ventilating/drying device 1, which is a facility apparatus, comprises: a communication control unit 10 connected with a facility apparatus management system 100; and a control unit 16 for controlling a ventilation fan 11, a circulation fan 12, and a heater 13 on the basis of instruction information D1 transmitted by an external terminal device 105. The control unit 16 transmits notification information D2 giving notice of the propriety of operation or the like in response to the instruction information D1 transmitted by the external terminal device 105, and when it receives confirmation information D3 transmitted by the external terminal device in response to the notification information D2, determines whether or not it will perform control based on the instruction information D1. |
