PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing particulates capable of easily manufacturing particulates having homogeneous particle diameters.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing particulates includes a step of preparing an organic phase including: a monomer(s) constituting particulates; a polymerization initiator; and a coloring component and an aqueous phase including: water; magnesium chloride; and a dispersant, a mixing step of mixing the organic phase and aqueous phase, an emulsifying step of obtaining an o/w-type emulsion by circulating, via a static mixer, the mixture of the organic phase and aqueous phase formed at the mixing step, and a polymerization step of polymerizing the monomer(s) by heating the emulsion within a nitrogen atmosphere. |
