<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope device that enables a user to acquire an optimum image in a DIC observation without requiring time and efforts.SOLUTION: In a microscope device having a differential interference prism and capable of a differential interference observation, when receiving a start instruction of an image observation of a specimen 2 from a user, a control part 20 is configured to: perform a coarse search with respect to a first range where a DIC prism 6a is movable, and recognize a first position closest to luminance at a zero-order dark position on the basis of information about the luminance; perform the coarse search with respect to a second range including the first position and narrower than the first range, and recognize a second position serving as the zero-order dark position from the second range on the basis of the information about the luminance; and drive a stepping motor 6b so as to move the DIC prism 6a to a position corresponding to a prescribed color on the basis of the second position.</p> |
