PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open a pressure release valve at appropriate working pressure.SOLUTION: A power storage module 30 is configured by arranging a plurality of secondary batteries 10 in a juxtaposition direction while a metal plate 31 is juxtaposed to outside of the secondary battery 10. The metal plate 31 includes a first plate portion 32 arranged next to a longitudinal side wall 14b of a case body 14 facing an opposing portion 17 of an electrode assembly and a second plate portion 33 arranged next to a lid body 16 on which a pressure release valve 24 is located. The second plate portion 33 is in a shape to surround the pressure release valve 24 and has a hole portion 36 to expose the pressure release valve 24. Thus, the second plate portion 33 prevents deformation of the lid body 16 due to pressure applied from the case, especially deformation of the periphery of the pressure release valve 24. |
