摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expect carbon dioxide reduction action effects by effectively utilizing surplus power since carbon dioxide generation with power generation industries indicates a problem of atmospheric pollution.SOLUTION: A power generation method of the present invention first prepares compression air by using power in a time zone with a little electricity consumption, and generates power by driving a generator while using motive force which is generated by rotating a submerged water turbine for buoyancy while using the compression air. Therefore, compression air is created by utilizing surplus power and a power storage state can be provided by generating power while using the compression air in the time zone where electricity is required. Next, in the situation of power generation according to the present invention, regarding the problem of carbon dioxide reduction action, this power generation method does not generate carbon dioxide in the case where compression air is created using photovoltaic generation power for power to be used in the step of creating compression air (in a compressor).</p>
