<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable normal communication between serial communication devices while reducing cost by using a CR oscillation circuit that is cheap but not accurate for a pulse oscillation circuit in the serial communication devices.SOLUTION: By transmitting data having fixed rear 3 bits D-Din eight-bit data bits to "H," a serial communication device enables detection of stop bits at a part of D-Dor an idle state part even if an oscillation frequency of a CR oscillation circuit has deviated from a normal value. By transmitting a Dbit having made it identifiable of upper-level/lower-level relation of divided data, the serial communication device allows succeeding data to be correctly restored even if one frame is lost by communication abnormality.</p> |
