<p>The present invention relates to a solar cell manufacturing apparatus capable of continuously manufacturing a solar cell including chalcogen materials. The solar cell manufacturing apparatus includes a chamber which receives an object inside, a fine pore container which is installed in the chamber, includes a fine pore to spray chalcogen elements on the object with a uniformly distributed gas state and a chalcogen receiving space which receives a chalcogen source of a flow state, and a continuous chalcogen supply device which is installed outside the chamber and continuously supplies the chalcogen source of the flow state to the fine pore container.</p> |
