A lighting device is disclosed. The lighting device comprises a frame member, light emitting members coupled to the frame member and generating light, a diffuser member interposed between the light emitting members and diffusing the light received from the light emitting members, a reflector member installed on the back surface of the diffuser member to reflect the light, a cover member installed on the back surface of the reflector member and coupled to the frame member, and a power supply member installed on the cover member and supplying electric power to the light emitting members.
