The present invention relates to a surface frame bending mold for TV display consisting of a flange and a bending method. The mold consists of an upper holder, a fixing support plate, a fixing plate, an operation pin, and a stripper. The present invention includes a surface chassis bending mold which consists of a flange and a surface chassis bending mold which consists of a flange to bend a frame chassis by guiding a punch to a stripper. The surface frame bending mold for TV display consisting of a flange and the bending method according to an embodiment of the present invention prevent the flange of the frame from being bent or prevents elastic stress from remaining on the frame so as to manufacture the frame of the accurate curvature and to improve productivity.
