<p>The method comprises depositing a layer (20) of platinum metal on a super alloy substrate (10), and depositing a layer of a thermal barrier on the layer of platinum metal by plasma thermal spraying including plasma spray atomization method. The thermal barrier layer is a metal alloy sublayer. The platinum metal layer is deposited on the substrate without induction of surface roughness of substrate by sandblasting, and has a thickness of 3-7 mu m. The method further comprises depositing a layer of a ceramic thermal protection on the metal alloy sublayer. The method comprises depositing a layer (20) of platinum metal on a super alloy substrate (10), and depositing a layer of a thermal barrier on the layer of platinum metal by plasma thermal spraying including plasma spray atomization method. The thermal barrier layer is a metal alloy sublayer. The platinum metal layer is deposited on the substrate without induction of surface roughness of substrate by sandblasting, and has a thickness of 3-7 mu m. The method further comprises depositing a layer of a ceramic thermal protection on the metal alloy sublayer, and a diffusion treatment in which the platinum metal of the platinum metal layer diffuses into the thermal barrier layer and the substrate.</p> |
