A method of mixing sushi rice involves a first step of adding black rice to white rice to form a rice mixture of black rice and white rice. A second step involves adding to seasoned vinegar to the rice mixture. The black rice reacts with the seasoned vinegar and changes colour giving an immediate visual indication as to whether the seasoned vinegar has been even evenly dispersed in the rice mixture. |
