<p>The device (10) has a sheath (24) made of elastic synthetic material, mounted on a portion of a container i.e. bottle (12), and sized so as to elastically enclose the portion after the device is assembled on the container. An envelope (26) made of elastic textile material partially covers an outer surface of the sheath. The envelope has a cylindrical external part (34) partially covering an external surface of the sheath and an internal flap (36) extending a first end of the external part.
